1. How do I take care of my jewellery?

2. Do you make jewellery for sensitive skin?

We may not have a men's section on our website yet but that doesn’t have to stop you from wearing beautiful jewellery pieces. Hit that customize button and go ahead to get that special treatment of creating something personally for you.

5. Is buying jewellery online safe?

Not with everyone but with us, Yes. We list all product specs clearly, and back our quality with a warranty. We offer easy returns, responsive support, and no shady surprises at checkout.

6. Is it pure silver?

Yes, all our products are made from 92.5 sterling silver, the best possible purity for making silver ornaments.

7. What kind of stones do you use?

We use 100% lab-grown diamonds (LGDs) that are IDT-certified. These diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to natural diamonds and are selected in VVS–VS clarity and E–F color grades to ensure superior brilliance and consistency. Each diamond is independently tested and certified for quality and authenticity before being set into our jewellery.

8. Are they genuine?

Yes. All Areica jewellery is 100% authentic and certified.
Our lab-grown diamonds are independently certified, and all silver jewellery conforms to applicable purity standards. Each piece is quality-checked, transparently documented, and backed by brand assurance to ensure complete trust and long-term value.

9. What is S925 Sterling Silver, and is it real silver?

“S925” (or “925”) refers to sterling silver, which means the alloy is 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals (usually copper). It is real silver, just not 100% pure. The added metal (copper or similar) gives it strength and durability, because pure silver is too soft for many types of jewelry. The “925” mark is the standard stamp indicating “sterling silver.”

10. Are lab grown diamonds certified?

Yes, lab grown diamonds can be and often are certified by gemological labs (e.g. IDT, IGI, GIA, and SGL). The certificate will state that the stone is lab grown, along with the quality grades (cut, clarity, color, and carat) or equivalent classification.

11. How do I find my bracelet or ring size?

Ring size: Use a paper strip or floss, wrap around the finger, mark overlap, measure the length in mm, and compare with size charts. Bracelet size: Measure your wrist circumference with a soft tape or string. Add a little allowance (e.g. ½ cm or more depending on how loose or tight you like it). Use a bracelet size chart or measurement chart given on the website.

12. When do I receive my order?

The ready to ship products are usually shipped between 2-3 working days from our Surat office. The actual delivery might take place in 5-10 days post dispatch. The make to order products are usually dispatched in 7-14 days from Surat office from the date of order.

13. When will I receive the invoice for my order?

You typically receive the invoice via email shortly after your order is confirmed.

14. How do I track my order?

You will get a tracking ID as soon as you purchase a product and you can track it via delhivery courier online.

16. Will my silver jewelry turn black?

Silver naturally reacts with sulfur in the air (oxidation), which can cause it to darken over time. However, this is completely reversible. A quick polish with a silver cleaning cloth or a mild soapy water dip brings back the original shine instantly. You can also contact us for repolishing your jewellery.

17.  I’m buying a gift but don’t know her size. What should I do?

We recommend choosing a pendant or earrings, which are "one size fits all." Alternatively, you can purchase a Gift Card so she can pick her perfect piece and size herself.

18. Can I add a personalized note to my order?

Absolutely! We know jewelry is often tied to a special moment. During checkout, you can add a custom message, and we will include a hand-written or premium printed note inside our sleek packaging to make the unboxing experience truly special.

20. Do you provide a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes. Every piece of jewelry comes with a Brand Certificate of Authenticity confirming the grade of the Lab-Grown Diamonds used.

21. Are lab-grown diamonds more ethical?

Yes. Because they are grown in controlled laboratories, they require zero mining. This means no displacement of earth, no habitat destruction, and a 100% conflict-free origin. It is the modern, conscious way to wear diamonds

22. How should I store my jewelry when not in use?

To prevent scratches and tarnishing, store each piece individually in an airtight pouch or the original jewelry box we provided. Keep it in a cool, dark place—away from direct sunlight and humidity.

23. What happens if I receive a damaged product?

Don't worry! We take great care in packaging, but if your jewelry arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the item at no extra cost to you.

24. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship across India. If you are located outside India and wish to purchase, please get in touch with our team via the Customized section or WhatsApp, and we will try our best to facilitate a special shipment for you.

25. Why are your prices so much lower than big-brand retailers?

We are based in Surat, the heart of the world’s diamond industry. By sourcing our lab-grown diamonds directly and handling the manufacturing in-house, we cut out the "middleman" and the massive retail markups. You pay only for the materials and the craftsmanship.
