Return & Exchange Policy

At Areica, we handcraft every piece with care, precision, and attention to detail. Each design is made to be cherished, not just owned. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right — within fair and transparent terms.
We offer a hassle free 15 (fifteen) days (from the date of delivery) return/exchange policy , providing you with an opportunity to return or exchange your product.  


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories intact.

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery through our customer support.

  • An unboxing video (from sealed package to full unwrapping) is mandatory for processing any claim regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items. Claims without this video evidence will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange due to their personalized or discounted nature:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery (including engraved or made-to-order designs).

  • Clearance / Goodbye Sale or discounted products clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

  • Gift cards and special promotional offers.


2.1 Gift Card Terms & Conditions

  • Gift cards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.

  • Gift cards can be redeemed only on www.areica.com and are not valid for offline purchases.

  • Gift cards may be redeemed partially or fully. Any unused balance will remain valid until the expiry date.

  • Gift cards cannot be cancelled once purchased.

  • Areica shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or unauthorized use of gift cards after issuance.


3. Valid Reasons for Return or Exchange

Issue Faced Resolution Provided
Damaged Item Exchange with the same item (subject to inspection and stock availability).
Wrong Item Received Exchange with the originally ordered item after verification.
Size Issue Exchange with the same design in the correct size (only if size availability permits).

Refunds are not typically provided unless the item is unavailable for exchange or found defective beyond repair.


4. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Support: Email us at info@areica.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, mentioning your Order ID, Issue, and attaching the unboxing video.

  2. Evaluation: Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps.

  3. Approval & Pickup: Once approved, a pickup will be arranged through our courier partner (where applicable).

  4. Inspection: The returned product will undergo a quality check before the replacement is initiated.

  5. Dispatch: Upon validation, we will dispatch your exchange product within 7–10 business days.


5. Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior approval or without proper packaging will not be accepted.

  • The decision of Areica’s Quality Control team regarding product condition, damage verification, and eligibility will be final and binding.

  • Return pickup service is available only in serviceable pin codes. In non-serviceable areas, the customer may be asked to self-ship the item with pre-approval.

  • Exchanges are one-time only per order.


6. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases, such as when:

  • The item is out of stock for replacement.

  • The product is declared defective and beyond repair.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after product inspection and approval.


7. Responsibility Clause

Areica will not be held responsible for:

  • Damages caused by improper use, mishandling, or lack of care post-delivery.

  • Items returned without complete documentation or missing certificates.

  • Delays caused by courier or logistics partners beyond our control.
