Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Areica, every piece of jewellery is handcrafted with precision, care, and time — because luxury shouldn’t be rushed. Below are our shipping and delivery guidelines to help you understand how and when your order will reach you.


1. Dispatch Timelines

Each piece is made to order, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

  • Ready-to-Ship Products: Dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • Made-to-Order / Customized Pieces: Dispatched within 7–14 business days of order confirmation.

Please note that dispatch timelines may slightly vary depending on design complexity, stone availability, and festive or high-demand periods.


2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery time depends on your location and our logistics partner’s serviceability:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders (if applicable): 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on customs and local regulations.

You’ll receive an estimated delivery window once your order is confirmed.


3. Shipping Charges

  • India: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A minimal COD fee may apply where available.

  • International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are to be borne by the customer.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner details.
You can track your shipment through the link provided or by visiting our “Track Your Order” section on the website.

If your tracking details don’t update within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact our support team at support@areica.com with your order ID.


5. Delays & Exceptions

We handcraft each piece with care, and while we always aim to meet timelines, unforeseen delays can occur due to:

  • High order volumes or festive seasons

  • Logistic disruptions or natural events

  • Supply constraints of specific stones or metals

We appreciate your patience as we ensure your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition. Quality takes time — and it’s always worth the wait.


6. Shipping Partners

We work with reputed, reliable courier partners such as Shiprocket, Blue Dart, and Delhivery, ensuring your parcel is handled safely from our workshop to your doorstep.


7. Address & Delivery Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered accurately during checkout.
Areica is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unresponsive contact information provided by the customer.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • In the rare case your package arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video from the sealed state and contact our team immediately.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation and offer a replacement once verified.

  • All claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date in case of non-receipt).


9. International Shipping (If Applicable)

For international customers:

  • Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes levied by your country are not included in our prices and must be paid by you at delivery.

  • We cannot control customs delays, but we’ll help with documentation to the extent possible.

11. Important Notes

  • Orders once dispatched cannot be rerouted or modified.

  • Delivery attempts: The courier will usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If unresponsive, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping costs may apply.

  • Custom or engraved jewellery cannot be expedited due to their handcrafted nature.


12. Our Promise

Your jewellery isn’t just shipped — it’s delivered with care, quality assurance, and authenticity. Every package is securely packed, sealed, and quality-checked before dispatch.
