At Areica, every jewellery piece is crafted with precision and backed by our commitment to quality, authenticity, and long-lasting beauty. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer both a Lifetime Warranty and a Buy-Back Program that protect your investment and reflect our trust in our craftsmanship.
1. Lifetime Warranty
We take pride in the quality of every Areica creation. Our Lifetime Warranty covers tarnishing or discoloration of plating on eligible jewellery. Customers are entitled to one complimentary repolishing service during the lifetime of the product.
If you notice any defect within the warranty scope, our team will inspect the item and, upon validation, repair or replace it at no additional cost.
Warranty Coverage Includes:

Manufacturing defects in metal, setting, or finish.

Stone displacement caused due to design flaws.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
The following cases are excluded from warranty coverage:

Damage caused by regular wear and tear.

Breakage or bending due to mishandling or accidents.

Loss of stones, crystals, or components.

Third-party alterations, resizing, or repairs.

Custom-made or personalized jewellery sets

Damage resulting from exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or improper storage.

All claims are subject to inspection and validation by Areica’s quality assurance team.

The company reserves the right to decline any warranty claim that does not meet the eligibility criteria.

Repairs or replacements for out-of-warranty issues may be offered at a nominal service charge, depending on material and extent of work required.
2. Buy-Back Policy
We understand that style evolves and preferences change — and we believe your jewellery should never lose its value. That’s why Areica offers a transparent Buy-Back Program, ensuring your pieces always hold meaningful worth.

B. Gold Jewellery Studded With Labgrown Diamonds

Gold: 100% of the prevailing market value.

Lab-Grown Diamonds: 80% of the prevailing market value.
*Prevailing market value refers to the current rate at the time of buy-back evaluation, based on certified benchmarks or standard bullion/diamond pricing indexes.
3. Conditions for Buy-Back

The product must be physically verified and authenticated by our in-house team before any buy-back value is approved.

Original invoice & certification must be presented at the time of claim.

Buy-back is applicable only to jewellery purchased directly from Areica (online or offline).

Customised or engraved pieces, or those with significant third-party modifications, are not eligible for buy-back.

Any stones or components missing from the piece will result in a deduction from the final buy-back value.
4. Claim Process

Initiate a Request: Email us at support@areica.com with your invoice number and clear photos & video of the item.

Evaluation: Our team will assess your claim and provide an estimated value within 3–5 business days.

Inspection & Finalization: Once the item is received and validated, the final buy-back or exchange value will be confirmed.

Payout / Exchange: You may choose between receiving the buy-back value via bank transfer or using it as a store credit toward a new purchase.
