These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.areica.com (the "Website") and the purchase of products offered by Areica, a direct-to-consumer brand specializing in silver jewellery with lab-grown diamonds, including gold vermeil and rose gold vermeil pieces (the "Products").

By accessing the Website, placing an order, or using our services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Website, and your continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance.

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY AND USER OBLIGATIONS

• You represent that you are at least 16 years of age or accessing the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You agree not to use the Products or Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws, including copyright or trademark laws.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST.
  
• We accept payments via Gokwik payment gateway, Cash On Delivery option is also available.
  
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  
• Each Product is handcrafted or made-to-order and accompanied by an IDT certificate in the Areica brand name certifying lab-grown diamonds.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• Refer to our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy (available on the Website) for details on timelines, free shipping on prepaid orders across India, tracking, and responsibilities.
  
• We are not liable for delays due to courier partners or incorrect address provided by you.

SECTION 4 - RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

• Refer to our separate Return & Exchange Policy (available on the Website) for eligibility, process, and conditions. We offer a 15-day return/exchange window for unused, unworn items in original condition (non-returnable for personalised/custom items, clearance sales).
  
• An unboxing video is highly recommended for claims involving damage, missing, or wrong items to expedite processing.
  
• Refunds (where applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.

SECTION 5 - WARRANTY AND BUY-BACK

• Refer to our separate Warranty & Buy-Back Policy (available on the Website) for details on lifetime warranty coverage for manufacturing defects and the buy-back program.
  
• All claims are subject to inspection.

• Products involve lab-grown diamonds (not natural) and vermeil plating, which may wear over time with normal use.
